So easy and so delicious!
2 racks pork ribs, spare or baby back
Heavy duty aluminum foil
Dry Rub of your choice (or see recipe below)
1 jar of your favorite BBQ sauce
Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
Rinse pork and pat dry with paper towels. Remove the
membrane from the back of the ribs (difficult, but worth it). Lay each rack of
ribs on a sheet of foil large enough to wrap ribs completely. Spread the dry
rub all over the ribs, covering both sides. Wrap ribs tightly in foil and place
on baking sheet, meat side up.
Bake for 3 hours for spareribs, 2 hours for baby back or
until fork tender.
Open foil and carefully drain liquid from ribs. Brush BBQ
sauce on the ribs. Leaving foil open, broil for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes
before cutting. Serve with extra sauce.
