The flavor profile will change with the variety of peppers you choose. Go for colorful and choose your heat! This also multiplies well, for the days when your pepper plants are producing like crazy.

2 racks pork ribs, spare or baby back

Heavy duty aluminum foil

Dry Rub of your choice (or see recipe below)

1 jar of your favorite BBQ sauce

Easy Lemon Curd

 

Simple to make and multiplies well if you have more lemons!

Green Tomato Relish

This multiplies well, if needed, based on how many green tomatoes you have and how long you can stand to be dicing them up!

Many, many years ago, Christmas 1999, to be precise, a dear friend gave me a cookbook of Salsa recipes. This book has 50 recipes for salsas. Tomato salsas, chile salsas, fruit salsas, tropical salsas, and corn salsas. So Many Salsas! Page 8 of this book is the most stained and dripped upon page in this book, because it is the page with our favorite go-to homemade salsa. Super simple to make, with easy to find ingredients, it’s a keeper. Enjoy.
