ripe bananas, smashed

egg
¼
C melted butter
½
C sugar
1
½ C whole wheat flour
2
Tbsp ground flaxseed meal
2
Tbsp whole flaxseed
1
tsp. baking soda
1
tsp. salt
Optional:
1 C chopped walnuts
Preheat
oven to 325°.
Stir
ingredients together until well combined. 
Pour into greased loaf pan.  Bake
for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. 
Cool slightly before removing from pan.  This will be a moist, slightly heavy loaf.  Refrigerate it if you're keeping it longer than a day.
